Smarmore Castle is located in a discreet, countryside location, between Dublin and Belfast. Patients arriving from the Isle of Man can take a ferry to Dublin or Belfast, from where we can arrange someone to meet you. Alternatively Aer Lingus and British Airways operate 45 minute flights from Ronaldsway airport to Dublin, where we can arrange a pick-up service.
